Ānanda (ä·nänˑ·da), n. Sanskrit term for bliss, an aspect of pure consciousness.
n. (in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism) Extreme happiness, one of the highest states of being.

During LaughĀnanda, you will experience a relaxing sequence of deep breathing, gentle
stretching, Laughter Yoga, Laughter Meditation and Laffirmations.

LaughĀnanda will give your insides a satisfying laugh-induced massage and enhance
your journey to a deeper inner peace. (Bring your towel or yoga mat, wear comfortable
clothes, and bring water).

Lisa Wessan is licensed to laugh!  She is an inspirational author, speaker, counselor, coach and certified laughter yoga and meditation instructor.  Lisa works with individuals and groups who seek pleasure and fulfillment in their lives through improved energy and heightened consciousness.  Lisa is also an active Reiki Master and on-air host and producer of the cable television show
