The DBT Skills Training group is for adolescents (14-17) who would like to learn how to cope more effectively with intense emotions, problematic thoughts or behaviors (i.e. negative thinking, self-harm, substance use, polarized thinking), and relationship struggles.

During the year, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills are taught over three 14-week semesters.

This group is a structured psychoeducation program with handouts, worksheets and DBT practice assignments to support you in learning these valuable skills.
