Good-Bye to Guilt:
Advanced Communication for Better Working & Living

When do we feel close to someone? What makes us feel safe? How can
we communicate more honestly about what we want? In this workshop,
it is possible to learn how to become more authentic in relationships.
Learn to have fun when negotiating with colleagues or loved ones; practice
the release of guilt and other shame-based emotions. Learn to say yes
when you mean yes and no when you mean no,  without having a meltdown.

Relaxation Techniques

Based on the mind/body premise that every  thought becomes
a chemical reaction in the body, this stress management workshop
uses a multi-modal approach to learning how to relax and
renew body, mind and soul. Processes include cognitive and behavioral
treatments, healing with sound, guided imagery and simple body
movements, aka "chair yoga."

Decluttering the Heart, Home & OfficeSM

"Over the mountain, more mountain…" ~ Korean Proverb

distract, overwhelm and sometimes disable the clutterer and those
around him/her. This workshop discusses some characteristics of
a person who clutters and how excess clutter affects health,
energy, relationships and prosperity.

Successful strategies are explored, including techniques for the
release of clutter, how to find safe sources of emotional support,
stress reduction and guided imagery. All participants receive handouts,
tip sheets and a bibliography with books and web sites to help create
a more wonderful life .

Let Go & Lighten UP: The Metaphysics of Weight Loss SM

Are you a food medicator? Do you use food for other reasons than
to nourish and strengthen your body? Everyone who has food issues
already knows it is better to eat less, exercise more, and avoid certain
foods and possibly whole food groups.  Instead of focusing on our
baffling resistance to appropriate, healthy eating habits, we will learn
to use holistic methods to reach a more helpful, loving level of
consciousness in relation to food, fat and body size.  We will learn
helpful processes we can practice so we can move up the vibrational
emotional scale to be able to go down the weight scale.

The Food FuneralSM

Many food medicators, uncontrolled diabetics and compulsive eaters
need to begin a grieving process as they let go of their unwanted foods
or food groups.  The Food Funeral  is an exercise in letting go of these
foods.  The Food Funeral uses interactive group role-playing to get to
the origin of the core feelings concerning certain mystified, stigmatized
and/or abused food groups. Many useful tools and processes are explored
to cope more successfully with food and body image issues. (Full weekend
retreats available in combination with the Let Go & Lighten Up program.)
